Leah Scheel, Director of Sales – Colorado & Wyoming began her career in 2007 as a Retail Sales Consultant in Roseville, Minnesota. She quickly progressed to Retail Store Manager and Area Retail Sales Manager in the Minnesota/Northern Plains market. After success in these sales roles, Leah gained operations experience in HQ as the Associate Director leading Frontline Focus on the myCSP Team. She then served as the Associate Director for the Retail Leadership Development Program.  Always open to diversifying her own career, Leah was soon promoted to Director of Sales and Service Call Centers in Fayetteville, North Carolina, responsible for an organization of 500 employees.  Prior to her current role as Director of Sales, Leah was the Director of Sales Operations with national responsibility for product and program launches for all Mobility call centers in the Entertainment Group.

As an AT&T Summit winner with a focus on sales excellence and balanced operations, Leah’s primary mission and passion is developing people.  She has been particularly focused on developing the future leaders of AT&T while delivering extraordinary entertainment, CRU, and customer experience results.

Leah holds her MBA from Syracuse University and Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.  She is an active member of many Employee Resource Groups. Her hobbies include sports, traveling and spending time with family.
